The Spa Surgery
Fill out a simple online form to get advice and treatment by the end of the next working day.
Voice Connect is an automated system that will automatically forward your prescription request onto the surgery for processing and then electronically to your nominated pharmacy.
We will provide you with the Voice Connect dedicated phone number which is different to the surgery number.
We will issue you with a unique PIN which you will have the option to change. If you forget your PIN we can only provide you with a new one as we have no way of knowing what you changed your PIN to.
Voice Connect will prompt you to enter a phone number – this will be your preferred telephone number as entered below.
Voice Connect will walk you through a series of steps and list your medication which you can then order.
The medication is still checked by our pharmacy team and will be available from your usual pharmacy in 3 working days.
If your medication is not listed it could be that it requires re-authorising or your require a medication review. A message can be left at the end of the message to enable you to request any items not on your list.
