In a genuine emergency you should call 999.

Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency as does a situation where you feel life is at risk .

When we are closed - *special news for Jubilee Weekend*

When the surgery is closed, please telephone 111.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

The NHS 111 service is staffed by a team of fully trained advisers, supported by experienced nurses and paramedics. They will ask questions to assess your symptoms, then give you the healthcare advice you need or direct you straightaway to the local service that can help you best. That could be an out-of-hours doctor, an urgent care centre or a walk-in centre, a community nurse, an emergency dentist, a late-opening chemist or A&E.

As a registered patient with Spa Surgery you can access a video consultation via Push Doctor via open access over the Jubilee Bank Holiday Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June 2022  - go to www.pushdoctor.co.uk or download the app.

You will need a form of photo ID. You will not be charged for this service, please make sure you select the correct surgery name. This service does not extend to children.
